The Yoga Project’s Athletic Workshops are led by a team of Ontario Certified Teachers, as well as experienced Yoga Teachers with Physical Education, Personal Training, and Mindfulness specialization.
Through TYP’s innovative Athletic Workshops, athletes further enhance their functional strength, co-ordination, flexibility, balance, endurance, and body awareness; as well as increase focus and concentration through mindfulness activities. Incorporating yoga into an athlete’s workout or practice regiment, can greatly aid in injury prevention, elevated levels of self-confidence and mental preparation.
